Ingredients Preparation
1 cup plain flour
¼ cup wholemeal flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt, plus extra
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp nigella seeds
Fresh figs, salami and bocconcini,
to serve

1. Preheat oven to Hot air 170°C.
2. Mix flours, salt and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix oil in a jug with half
a cup of warm water, then add to the flour and mix until combined to form
a dough.
3. Cut the dough into 8 portions. Roll out into long thin pieces approximately
20cm long. Sprinkle with nigella seeds and extra salt and gently roll with
a rolling pin to stick the seeds to the lavosh. Place on lined oven trays.
4. Bake for 20 minutes on shelf 1 and 3 until golden and crisp.

To finish
1. Serve lavosh with a selection of antipasti.
