| Q. How often should I use Hydroclean? |
| As often as you like. Hydroclean is designed to assist with cleaning the oven interior and should be used every 2-3 times you cook in the oven. |
| Q. Can I remove the oven seal easily? |
| Yes, the seal is anchored at two points on each corner and one in the bottom centre; simply lift and pull to allow for cleaning. |
| Q. Can I leave the wire racks in the oven during Hydroclean? |
| Yes, however the two dishwasher safe enamel trays supplied with Neff ovens are not designed to be inside the oven during Hydroclean |
| Q. How long does Hydroclean take? |
| Only 21 minutes! |
| Q. Can I remove the glass on the inside of the oven door? |
| Yes, the first pane of glass on the inside of your Neff oven door is easily removable for cleaning purposes if required. |

| Cooktops |
| Q. Am I able to manually light the burners on my Neff gas cooktop? |
| Yes. In the event that you are without electricity you are able to light the cooktop manually. |
| Q. Do Neff gas cooktops have any safety features? |
| Yes. All burners on all Neff gas cooktops feature flame failure devices. |
| Q. How do I care for my cast iron trivets? |
| The best way to keep your trivets and burners in good condition is to clean them regularly by soaking in soapy water and scrubbing with a non-metal brush when required. |
| Q. What type of saucepans should I use on my ceramic cooktop? |
| Stainless steel, glass, cast iron and stainless steel based aluminium or copper pots will be suitable, however you should not use pots that have copper or aluminium bases. It is also recommended that you use heavy, flat based saucepans and fry pans as an uneven base will increase your cooking time |

| Rangehoods |
| Q. Can I put my rangehood filters in the dishwasher? |
| Yes. The filters on all Neff rangehoods are dishwasher safe. |
| Q. At what height should I install my rangehood above my cootkop? |
| The minimum height required between cooktop and rangehood is 650mm. It is always best to refer to the instruction manuals for your specific appliance for detailed installation information. |
| Q. Will the flue cover on my canopy be long enough to reach my ceiling? |
| The flue cover pieces on Neff rangehoods are adjustable in height and in most cases will comfortably reach the ceiling. |
| Q. How should I duct my rangehood? |
| To ensure the maximum performance of your rangehood you should use a short, smooth air exhaust pipe with as few bends as possible. In the event that you are unable to duct your rangehood and need to operate it on recirculating mode you should fit your appliance with charcoal filters. These are available as an accessory with any Neff rangehood. |
